For parents who desire this service, Ascension provides after-school care daily on both campuses for a nominal fee. The preschool campus offers after-school care each school day until 3:00 p.m. while the main campus service remains open until 5:30 p.m. Students are provided with snacks and are encouraged to complete homework assignments during this time.

After-School Classes
Teachers offer a wide variety of after-school classes for interested preschool and lower school students. Cooking, drama, athletics, sewing, art, cheerleading, science and technology classes are offered, among others. These activities are offered for a fee and rotate every six weeks.

Happening is a Christian experience designed for high school youths and facilitated by the Episcopal Church. It is a powerful weekend experience that seeks to bring young persons into a fuller knowledge of and a personal relationship with Christ, and into a deeper level commitment and apostleship.
