General Emergency Procedures

PLEASE NOTE that Ascension Episcopal School does not follow Lafayette Parish Public Schools as to closings.

In the event of an Ascension campus closing, all events for that campus for the entire day are canceled.

Our Methods of Communication are as follows:

       SchoolCast- Parents will receive phone messages from AES to the numbers provided by parents/guardians at the SchoolCast website. To update your contact information please click here and enter your account using your assigned login information.
     

       AES Website- All messages will be posted on the AES website under Parent Resources, Emergency Alert.

       Television/Radio Broadcast- Please stay tuned to local television and radio stations for reports of AES school closings.

       School Phone Line Message- A message will be left on all of the school phone lines at  each campus as to any closings.
