Admissions Application

Step 1: Complete our online application.

Unless you already have an account with Ascension's MyBackpack system, create an account to complete the onine application.

Step 2: Submit report cards, testing scores, evaluation forms.

Once you have submitted your completed application and fees to the Admission office, the following must be completed before your child’s file is ready for review by the Admission Committee:

  • Current report cards (Grades 1-12)
  • Standardized test scores (Grades 1-12)
  • Any professional diagnostic evaluations
  • Immunization records

Step 3: Schedule a student visit.

Once all documents have been submitted, we'll contact you to schedule a student shadow day.

Step 4: Complete additional testing.

Students applying for Grades 1-12 may be required to undergo admissions testing following the interview.
